We believe your casting experience should be as relaxed as possible, we ensure we have enough time to talk through the process and any ideas or questions you may have. We are parents and understand that little ones can be become unsettled or demand feeding at the most awkward times!
Although we will always try to accommodate walk ins, we don't operate a queuing system and would never want you to feel rushed or like you are on a conveyor belt of castings.

Slight movement is usually not a problem. The moulding material sets quickly - typically within 1 to 2 minutes - and is flexible enough to accommodate gentle shifts.
For older toddlers who might be more active, we use distractions like toys or games to help keep them still long enough to get a perfect mould.
Many young babies often sleep through the process, or feeding can help settle them.
We usually ask clients to send a digital copy of their chosen photograph—often taken during a baby photoshoot or captured personally. This allows us to print the image to the correct size to perfectly fit the aperture in the mount board.
However, if you already have a printed photograph you'd like to use, I'm also happy to work with that—just let me know your preference.
All of our prices include framing. All of our frame, mount and cast colours are included in our prices. You can design your frame in your chosen colour scheme.
The optional add-ons (plaques, vinyl etc) are listed on the relevant casting style page and start from £5.
For non-framed castings - i.e. plinths and baubles, prices include the finish and personalisation.
We would recommend that babies and children wear loose fitting clothing that is easy to roll up.
For babies, baby grows are great as they can be undone and the hand / foot easily accessible.
For older children and adults, please wear clothes you don't mid getting messy. The casting material sets to a flexible solid but is in liquid form before setting so it is possible an excitable child can get it on their (and yours!) clothes.
